Phillip Davies Construction Ltd was formed in 2003.
It is a family owned and run company who`s management has over 30 years’ experience in the Groundworks, Civil Engineering and Concrete Industry.
Phillip Davies Construction Ltd aim to provide a quality service with contracts being carried out safely, on time and within budget.
Our base in Mid Wales just off the Shropshire border enables us to easily reach North Wales, The North West, The Midlands and South Wales.
However we do carry out work nationally and will travel to all areas to enable us to carry out projects as required.
We own and operate our own machinery with excavators ranging in size from 2 tons to 20 tons with various sized dumpers and rollers to suit the project being carried out.
We also own a vast range of concrete formwork and concrete laying and finishing equipment.
Owning and operating our own equipment enables us to remain competitive when tendering for works which can vary in size from groundworks for a single private dwelling to large commercial projects.
We are happy to discuss projects of all sizes and try to offer advice and possible cost savings where they can be achieved through value engineering and design.
We work with various structural engineers should engineering input be required by the client.
We also work with several piling contractors and can offer cost effective foundation solutions where poor ground conditions are encountered.
We can offer ground investigation work including borehole investigation and monitoring.
